Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel Specialist who will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including distribution agreements, sales agreements with major international companies, sourcing agreements, technology and license agreements, guarantees, and other financial instruments.
  • The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop, maintain, and revise corporate contract templates, as well as develop and maintain business processes, governance, and internal policies.
  • As a Lawyer for Strategic Partnerships, you will provide legal advice to key business stakeholders and assist in dispute resolution with customers and suppliers.
  • You will also work on various compliance matters, including export/import regulations and data privacy laws, and contribute to various ad hoc strategic initiatives.
