About the Role

At Pas Normal Studios, we are passionate about creating innovative and high-performance cycling products. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Developer to join our team in Copenhagen.

This is a key role that will involve leading the end-to-end product development process for cycling apparel and related accessories. You will work closely with our design, production, and marketing teams to bring new and exciting products to market.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute lab dipping processes to create prototypes and samples of products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into feasible products.
  • Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples, ensuring they meet design specifications, testing standards, and performance requirements.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards for all products, conducting regular inspections and tests.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative features and improvements into product designs.
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled product developer with a strong technical background in garment construction, materials, and manufacturing processes. You will have experience in product development within the cycling apparel or performance apparel industry, preferably in an international organisation.

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction techniques, and manufacturing processes specific to performance apparel.
  • Proficiency in using PLM tools, design software, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external partners.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating high-performance cycling products.
