We are B-Corp certified, founded in 2021, and driven by a vision to create a better living environment. Our first development project, 158 homes in Høje Taastrup, aims to achieve the lowest carbon footprint for a multi-story residential building in Denmark.
Sustainability Analyst PositionWe seek a Student Sustainability Analyst to join our mission and contribute to shaping more sustainable cities. As part of our sustainability team, you will gain hands-on experience with integrating sustainability into building design, construction, and operations.
You will work closely alongside experienced professionals, including Dan Pham, Kasper Guldager, and Jesper Kort Andersen. Meet our entire team at Home.Earth, who bring expertise from top companies like COWI, Lejerbo, The Danish Social Investment Fund, GXN, McKinsey, NREP, and more.
Responsibilities- Support the integration and reporting of our impact, including research, data collection, and updating Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for projects from early design phases to final audit.
- Participate in workshops and develop tools to assess our impact on circularity.
- Update and support our sustainability toolbox for project development.
- Track impact indicators in our project developments and existing assets.
- Contribute to Home.Earth's broader sustainability work across construction, operations, and decarbonization.
- Enrolled in higher education in an analytical and/or technical program with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
- Good understanding of LCA and energy consumption.
- Knowledge of Danish building regulations and DGNB certification.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and the Adobe Suite – it's a bonus if you know the basics of coding and BIM (Building Information Modelling).
- An entrepreneurial and independent approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in sustainability and construction.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your projects.
- A confident and proactive approach to thrive in a startup culture.
- Motivation to work with sustainability and social impact.
- Good communication skills in English.

We offer an estimated salary of around 45,000-55,000 DKK per month, depending on qualifications and experience. The position requires a physical presence at our office in Copenhagen.
