Ambitious UX Strategist

We are seeking a proactive Senior UX Designer to join our Digital Sales & Marketing Department and our global Customer Engagement team at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and validate key user journeys across platforms.
2. Lead UX processes and requirements gathering for the new website redesign.
3. Identify customer and business needs across digital platforms and shape these into high-level wireframes and detailed specs.
4. Take ownership of the design system and UI Library.
5. Support product owners in describing user goals and drafting user stories.
6. Steer the development of a strategy for collecting and leveraging customer survey data.
7. Ensure designs meet UX and accessibility standards.
8. Facilitate workshops and collect inputs from markets and customers.

Requirements:

1. 6+ years of experience as a UX / Digital Designer or similar.
2. Functional expertise in user experience design practices, methods, and theories.
3. Proficient in managing design workflows and tackling projects.
4. Experience in utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to drive design decisions.
5. Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and work within tight timelines.
6. Strong ability to present ideas to stakeholders and management.
7. Exceptional English skills, both spoken and written.
8. Hands-on experience and expert knowledge of Figma and various tools.
