This role involves overseeing the entire backend infrastructure in an outsourced environment, including Backup & Archive, Storage, Network, Compute, and Cloud Governance. The primary responsibility is to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure through effective collaboration with external partners.

  • Acting as the main liaison with partners, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
