We are seeking an experienced Head of R&D to lead our innovative bioprocess development efforts. This role combines cutting-edge experiment design, data interpretation, cross-team collaboration, and strategic communication with senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on industrial R&D experience in strain development, a relevant education (PhD or MSc) in Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related field, and a proven ability in interpreting scientific data and solid understanding of statistics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading innovation efforts across multidisciplinary teams, optimizing existing products, and developing new ones via biological and chemical processes.
