Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in the French market. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our presence across multiple sectors.

Your primary focus will be on developing new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Successful candidates must possess a strong work ethic, a passion for the industry, and the drive to meet sales targets.

You will be part of our dynamic French team at Trustpilot, working collaboratively to grow our position in the market. We value ambitious individuals who prioritize teamwork and contribute to our company's success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Fostering your own leads using online and offline resources
  • Engaging with key decision-makers to sell our mission, platform, and software solution
  • Making a high volume of daily outbound sales calls to stakeholders across various verticals
  • Tracking and resolving client issues, managing expectations internally and externally
  • Achieving and consistently exceeding monthly sales goals

We are looking for individuals with the following skills:

  • Qualifying leads, reaching the right contact, prioritizing the pipeline, and closing deals to meet targets
  • B2B outbound sales experience is desirable
  • Understanding of the decision-making structure in mid-size to large companies
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, online marketing, and social media is a plus
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ambition, self-drive, and result orientation
