Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Developer to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for building out the capabilities of our large scale wind turbine monitoring platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient backend services using cloud-native microservice architecture.
  • Collaborate with the software team and domain experts to drive development of features and deliver high-quality software products.
  • Take ownership of the development process, from design to deployment, and ensure that all software meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

**Requirements:**

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in backend development.
  • Experience with statically typed languages, preferably Kotlin and/or Java.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services, with practical experience in developing and deploying software in AWS.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies.

**Nice to Have:**

  • Experience with IoT backend development and large scale data processing, particularly within the industrial segment.
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
