We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales order handling and complaint handling processes in a dedicated geographical area.
About the Role- Support Sales in all aspects of customer order processing, including quotations, order entry, confirmation, delivery documents, and invoicing.
- Handle customs declarations and related documents such as Certificates of Origin.
- C coordination regarding Complaint handling – initial registration, return shipments, and replacements.
You will be part of our Operations department and report to the Operations Director. Establish close cooperation with Order and Logistics Manager and Purchase Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Quotations, order entry, confirmation, delivery documents, and invoicing.
- Customs declarations and Certificates of Origin.
- Complaint handling coordination.
- General customer support.
- Several years of experience in sales order handling and arranging shipments from a regulated high-tech business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in English, IT skills (Order management systems, ERP, MS Office), and digitizing/automating workflows.
