CRM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CRM Specialist to join our team at Amesto TechHouse. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading our customers on their journey within Customer Relationship Management.

As a CRM Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of tailored CRM strategies and solutions, ultimately strengthening our customers' relationships and driving their long-term success.

• Develop and implement effective CRM strategies through SuperOffice solutions to optimize our customers' business processes
• Proactively engage in customer dialogues to identify and understand their business needs
• Act as a bridge between technology and business, ensuring that our customers' vision is realized through our strategic and technical expertise
• Coach and educate customers on the use of CRM systems to maximize their value and efficiency
• Collaborate closely with your team to ensure that our customers' expectations are consistently met and exceeded

• Experience working with CRM systems, either as a consultant, salesperson, or superuser
• A passion for making a difference for our customers and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data to evaluate CRM performance and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Experience with MarTech to support and enhance CRM strategies and initiatives
• A business-oriented approach and the ability to act proactively in customer relationships, with a strong focus on helping businesses realize returns on investment through ROI analysis
• A strong team spirit and a willingness to contribute to the team's success
• Experience with SuperOffice is a plus, but not a requirement
