Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring adherence to budget and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and tasks to achieve project objectives within defined timelines.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during ERP system implementations.
  • Navigate the complexities of international projects, including cultural nuances, regulatory requirements, and logistical considerations.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to project execution, including time registration approval and tracking expenses.

Requirements:

  • A PRINCE2 certification or similar project management education.
  • Proven experience in managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects (approx. 3-5 years).
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies, potentially from former consulting roles.
  • Experience working with international teams and managing cross-cultural dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high proficiency in English.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand customers' businesses.
