About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join IFF's Systems Business Unit as a Business Growth and Strategy Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional execution of a key new growth platform, including global and regional support on capability build across the value chain and hands-on regional customer execution with Sales, Applications and Regional Product Management.

The ideal candidate will have a solid technical understanding combined with strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with experience in food and beverage and excellent communication and influencing skills.

This role requires a high level of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including working with the Senior Manager, Global Business Development and fellow Regional Business Development Managers to drive cross-regional fertilization of local concepts and solutions.

The Commercial Lead for Systems on longer-term innovation projects will also be responsible for supporting the development and periodic reviews of the Systems strategy.
