CRO Lead Job Description
  1. Own the CRO strategy: From landing pages to checkout flows, you'll make sure every step of our funnel is performing.

  2. Run experiments: A/B tests, split tests, multi-variate tests—you'll be the one designing and running them to find what works (and what doesn't).

  3. Deep dive into data: Analyzing user behavior to spot leaks in the funnel and come up with creative fixes.

  4. Collaborate with product: You'll work closely with other teams to make sure that everything we build has CRO best practices baked in.

  5. Built: We expect you to able to built Figma-files or any other design mockups.

  6. Scale what works: Once you find the winning formula, you'll roll it out and make sure it scales as we grow.

About You
  • 2+ years of experience driving conversion optimization, ideally in a startup or growth-focused environment.

  • You're a data nerd who loves figuring out what the numbers are really saying.

  • You're comfortable with CRO tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, Clarity, Hotjar) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

  • You know your way around A/B testing and have set up experiments that delivered big wins.

  • You have an eye for UX/UI and get how design choices affect conversions.

  • Startup mentality: You're scrappy, adaptable, and get that 'done' beats 'perfect.'

  • You're obsessed with growth and constantly hunting for the next optimization.
