Academic Leader for Public Administration and Politics

Roskilde Universitet (RUC) invites applications for a position as Associate Professor of Public Administration and Politics.
The successful candidate will be an experienced researcher and educator with a strong international profile in public administration and/or public policy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in top international journals
- Teach and supervise students at all levels (BA, MA, and PhD)
- Develop and lead educational programs, including project-based teaching and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Engage in external fundraising and develop research projects
- Contribute to the department's research community and participate in academic assessments
- Enhance the department's international recognition and promote research results for societal impact
Qualifications:
- Relevant PhD degree and certification in higher education teaching and learning
- International research profile in public administration and/or public policy
- Documented research production at the highest international level, including publications in leading journals
- Teaching experience at all levels, particularly in project-based teaching and interdisciplinary environments
