Hansen Toft is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Director to join our team and take ownership of establishing our QHSE function.
We offer an exciting growth journey with opportunities to implement and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and AQAP 2110, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and reducing environmental impact.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and maintaining QMS, conducting internal and external audits, PPAP, and other quality documentation. They will be passionate about quality management, eager to make a difference, and possess excellent communication skills to convey complex information to practitioners/technicians.
You will work closely with the team to develop processes and procedures that ensure high-quality products meet customer standards. Your proactive approach and solution-oriented mindset will enable you to handle challenges effectively, creating a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with legislation.
The company is located on Funen, and regular presence in the office is required. You should be willing to operate in English at a high level and have a clean criminal record, allowing you to undergo security clearance by FE.
We estimate the annual salary to be approximately €75,000 - €100,000 based on your skills and qualifications, reflecting the competitive market rates for similar positions in the region.
