About the Role

Hove A/S, a leading developer and supplier of advanced lubrication solutions, is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee its financial operations. As CFO, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis efforts to support business growth and expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee current Finance & Accounting department, consisting of Finance Assistants
  • Responsible for financial planning and controlling for the entire Group, including forecasting, scenario planning, financial analyses, and financial reporting to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange
  • Play a central part in Hove's management team, supporting the CEO and management team by tracking, monitoring, and reporting on the implementation of the overall strategy
  • Oversight of financial reporting, including annual report and submissions to Group consolidation
  • Treasury responsibilities, such as bank relationships, interest/FX/cash management, and intercompany transactions
  • Tax-related tasks, such as tax structuring, transfer pricing, management fees, and insurance management

Requirements

  • Relevant academic degree in subjects such as Finance and Accounting
  • Prior experience from a position within finance & accounting, with successful leadership experience in an international context
