Job Description

We're seeking a talented software engineer to join our Builders team and make an impact on our revenue operations. As a Payments and Subscription engineer, you will own the current payment, billing, and subscription processes and systems. Your collaboration with stakeholders will be instrumental in offering a high-quality customer experience that supports our financial aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure for subscription management, billing, and payments.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial transactions and revenue recognition processes.
  • Collaborate with product and finance teams to implement new pricing models, payment gateways, and subscription features.
  • Automate processes to streamline billing cycles, payment workflows, and subscription management.
  • Monitor and optimize performance to ensure high reliability and scalability of our revenue-related systems.
  • Integrate and maintain third-party services such as payment gateways (Adyen, PayPal, etc.), subscription management tools (e.g., Zuora) and other systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to billing, subscription, and payments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards for payment processing, security, and compliance.
