High-Growth Sales Leader for PIM Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in the UK and Benelux markets. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with partners and clients.
About the RoleIn this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Product Information Management (PIM) platform across the UK or Benelux. Your primary objective will be to identify, engage, and build relationships with new clients and partners, especially digital agencies and strategic channel partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, helping to establish Struct as a leader in your market.
- Analyze and report on sales performance using data-driven insights to continuously refine strategies and drive success.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and sales colleagues, sharing valuable market insights to help shape our overall strategy.
You are a tech-savvy, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment. Ideally, you bring:
- Proven experience in tech sales with a track record of exceeding targets, ideally in the PIM, CMS, CRM, Ecommerce, or DAM sectors.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills that build trust and lasting relationships with clients and internal teams.
- A data-driven approach and experience with CRM tools to drive efficiency and track your success.
- An entrepreneurial mindset that lets you adapt, innovate, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong network of digital agencies and a strategic approach to partnership building.
