About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Principal, Capability Region Europe. This is a unique opportunity to lead a significant commercial transformation project, driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Commercial Transformation Lead: Structure, build, and execute a major commercial investment, proposing and driving commercial improvement initiatives targeting end-users directly.
  2. Strategic Advisor: Act as a trusted advisor to the VP of Region Europe, the EU Leadership Team, and key stakeholders in the global 3Shape Leadership Team.
  3. Organizational Setup: Direct involvement in building a new organizational setup focusing on providing direct end-user services, and manage the roll-out in Region EU.
  4. Performance Insights: Build performance insights that can help drive service level outcome (customer-focused KPIs), internal effectiveness, and efficiency measures (internal KPIs).
  5. Market Analysis: Collaborate with regional business leaders to get a deep understanding of individual markets and identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  6. Data-Driven Decision Making: Drive insights based on customer and campaign data to enable local teams to focus solely on outreach to end-users.
  7. Process Improvement: Identify and feedback local needs to HQ functions, including core workflows, systems, and processes to support implementation.
  8. Business Case Development: Drive business case processes and follow-ups.
  9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  10. Training and Development: Supervise and/or conduct trainings on skills improvement, inbound sales, product, and marketing topics.
  11. Leadership: Demonstrate 3Shape values and leadership principles.
Requirements
  1. Master's Degree: Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably as a management consultant, or in a commercial/regional setting in a multinational company.
  3. Commercial Acumen: Commercially and strategically astute with a deep understanding of business operations and market dynamics, combined with solid business acumen.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  5. Leadership Skills: Proven track record of driving commercial performance and achieving business goals by working in cross-functional teams.
  6. Communication Skills: Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Technical Skills: Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in PowerBI is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
  8. Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a second European language is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
