We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Personal Banking team. As a key member of our Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our use of Business Intelligence (BI) through Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have experience with design and maintenance of data reports, using SQL as a must-have skill. Experience with Power BI is a plus, but eagerness to learn and apply DAX language is equally valuable.

You will be responsible for enabling automated ways of working for stakeholders, ensuring clear definitions and actions are communicated effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, and a keen eye for detail.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on strategy projects, actionable business/customer analysis, and make relevant engagement towards Nordea's customers. You will support key business stakeholders with a data-driven approach, making it easy for them to take actions towards creating a positive customer experience and business development.

  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports
  • Document solution requirements and data
  • Enable automated ways of working for stakeholders with clear definitions and actions

This is an excellent opportunity for self-driven individuals who feel comfortable engaging with stakeholders across the organization. A minimum of 2-3 years left of a relevant Bachelor's (BSc) / Master's degree (MSc) within IT, economics, finance, or a similar technical discipline is required.
