Associate Professorship Opportunity in Business Management

We are seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor to join our team at the Department of Business Development and Technology. As an Associate Professor, you will be responsible for conducting research and teaching activities in the field of organisation and management.
The successful candidate will become part of the AIROD research section and will contribute to the development of our research profile. We are looking for candidates who can strengthen our research profile by conducting research on topics relevant to modern companies.
- Organizational psychology
- Strategic human resource management
- Organizational design and development
- Digital management and leadership
Candidates are expected to teach and supervise students at all levels, including PhD students. Our study programme portfolio contains a MSc program and a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration, as well as industry-oriented training.
Your QualificationsTo be eligible for this position, you must have a PhD degree and a strong academic background as an assistant professor or equivalent. We prefer applicants with a proven record of strong international research, excellence in teaching, and a clear strategy for future high-level research.
