Job Description

We seek an experienced Senior Product Developer in Early Life Nutrition to join our product development team at Arla's Innovation Centre in Aarhus, Denmark. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and transferring our recipes and products to new strategic production partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Recipe and product development within Early Life Nutrition
  • Handling large data sets and complex product component dependencies
  • Collaboration with external partners to deliver production and transfer of products on time
  • Participation in the end-to-end process from ideation to implementation
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A background in dairy, food technology, or food science with extensive ingredient experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience from a similar position or a production environment
  • Solid knowledge of nutrition, particularly early life nutrition
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
