About the Role

This Leadership Coordinator position offers a unique opportunity to support a global leadership team in driving the digital agenda for People & Organisation at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of the HR Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring progress and facilitating impactful leadership processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Vice President and leadership team with a wide range of tasks, including preparing and executing leadership meetings and processes.
  2. Drive budget process and financial reporting to ensure transparency and facilitate ongoing prioritisation and decision-making.
  3. Translate P&O and DD&IT strategies into tangible projects and ensure their successful implementation.
  4. Optimise leadership- and cross-organisational processes to meet changing needs.
  5. Lead communication efforts, including announcements, project releases, and presentations.

You will be an active member of the leadership team, interacting with internal and external stakeholders across organisational levels and contributing to drive the team's performance towards great results.
