Key Responsibilities- Conduct independent and collaborative empirical research on organization, management, leadership, and change in educational institutions.
- Communicate research-based knowledge to practice fields, media, and policymakers.
- Engage in research grant applications and international network consolidation.
- Teach and develop teaching on the Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes in education science.
- Supervise Bachelor's, Master's, and professional Master's students.
- Active involvement in the academic and collegial environment at the Department of Education Studies.
Appointment as an Assistant Professor requires academic qualifications at PhD level. We welcome a broad range of academic backgrounds, including education, sociology, anthropology, psychology, social psychology, history, the history of ideas, political science, public administration, and organization and management studies.
