About the role

At Kommunikationsforum, we are currently undergoing a significant digital transformation. As part of this initiative, we are seeking an ambitious Business Analyst to join our team.

Your focus will be on bridging our line of business systems and D365F&O by mapping and documenting business process flows. You will also play a key role in assisting in securing the future strategy for moving critical business functionality out of our line of business systems and into D365F&O together with our Lead Architect.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyse data, existing business processes and requirements for systems that need to integrate to D365F&O.
  • Align with Subject Matter Experts and relevant stakeholders to ensure that requirements are captured accordingly and accurately.
  • Gain an understanding of financial processes and transactions associated with each of the systems and ensure that the programme has the needed information to integrate D365F&O as efficiently as possible.
  • Design and document integrations and solutions in accordance with best practice and architectural guidelines.
  • Secure proper handover to the ERP operational support unit.
  • Deliver end-to-end process understanding for best possible project execution within other prioritized improvements within the Programme.

  • You have experience in workshop facilitation and are great at asking the right questions.
  • You have an analytical mindset and proven technical toolbox.
  • You have very strong communication skills, with a hard requirement to discuss with colleagues from different business units and backgrounds.
  • You have a strong English proficiency, both in writing and orally.
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills, needing to keep track, inform, and work together with a myriad of stakeholders.
  • It is a plus if you can document end-to-end experience from previous digital transformation projects.

We do not expect you to know all about business processes or system setup/configuration of D365F&O, but it is a prerequisite that you have fundamental knowledge of D365F&O or Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
