About the Role
Capgemini Denmark is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their complex business processes and requirements, helping them develop Sales/Service and wider Salesforce solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to analyze their needs through client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
- Prepare functional documentation using your deep knowledge of Salesforce product configuration (Sales/Service) and software features.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with clients to ensure requirements are translated into solutions.
- Add value to projects by recommending and suggesting features that meet client needs and configuring Salesforce features.
- Act as the Salesforce functional expert, exceeding client expectations and maximizing investment from the Salesforce platform.
Why You?
- Good experience of Salesforce functional consultancy and/or business analysis covering one or more of the core Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience Clouds.
- Experience working on large complex end-user or client projects involving several hundred Salesforce end users.
- Certified as a Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Community Cloud Consultant.
- Agile project delivery experience and ability to work as part of a wider team including developers, change management consultants, and testers.
- Proven experience taking conceptual business needs and translating these into clear user stories, managing the product backlog, and assisting the client with testing and product demonstrations.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to clients and executive project stakeholders in a jargon-free way.
