About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior .Net Developer to join our Core Banking Services team in Copenhagen, reporting to our Engineering Team Lead, Tetiana Krylova.
In this role, you will work on existing services and contribute to new system design, lying at the core of faster payments infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain services, APIs, and back-end solutions.
- Apply good engineering practices, including clean and testable code, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Continuously learn and improve the team's ability to deliver.
- Align with event-driven service-oriented architecture.
- Solve business problems in an elegant fashion, given the constraints present.
Requirements
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from an applicable role with a minimum of 7 years of full-time hands-on experience as a .Net C# developer, preferably as a backend engineer within C#, .NET, .NETCore, Web API, and REST.
You have worked with Microsoft Azure, relational databases (MSSQL preferably), message queues (Azure Service Bus preferably), and data-streaming technologies (EventHub, Kafka). Experience with data contracts and enterprise messaging patterns would be a plus.
You have worked with Terraform, Docker, and K8S before, or familiar through hobby projects.
As a person, you are pro-active, responsible, and quality-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a structured way of working, and the courage to try new things.
We expect you to be a dependable and knowledge-sharing team player, cooperating well at all levels of an organization.
Fluency in English is a requirement, given Banking Circle's international nature.
