Job Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Pan-Nordic team at GlobalConnect A/S. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product portfolio from ideation to launch.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders from sales, delivery, strategy, marketing etc.
  2. Work with colleagues in Engineering to create technical specifications.
  3. Implementation and introduction of new products.
  4. Analyse the product portfolio and manage the lifecycle of legacy products.
  5. Track product performance and analyze cost structures in order to assess where to improve and focus on developing the Product.
  6. Conduct market research, customer insights and competitive analysis to support product decisions.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 7-10 years in product management or a similar role preferably within Telco or the IT industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering; an MBA is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills; technical knowledge of Telco and IT products.
  • Fluency in English and full proficiency in either Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish.
