You will be part of a dynamic team in Pandora's Data & Analytics department, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven solutions. As a Tag Management System (TMS) expert, you will take end-to-end responsibility for setup and maintenance of our global TMS across 47 markets.

About the Role

In this role, you will work on driving value through real-time integrations, enabling insights across the organization, and collaborating with our world-class engineering team. You will have the opportunity to learn new technologies and adapt to changing market needs, while delivering high-quality solutions on a global scale.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • End-to-end testing, evaluation, and quality assurance of technical implementations such as server-side APIs, tags, and pixels running client-side.
  • Collaboration with other Web Analysts on analyzing and quantifying the impact of extensive tagging on page speed and revenue.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Digital Product Managers on optimizing performance of website features by correct tags placement.
  • Ensuring compliance in execution of data flows with Privacy Managers.
  • Cooperation with Digital Engineering teams on translating client-side data collection to server-side pipelines establishment for secure and compliant customer data handling.
  • Maintaining TMS documentation and staying up-to-date with latest browser privacy topics.
  • Educating Core Tech and other Data teams on client- and server-side tagging.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience within managing Tag Management Systems in a global organization or media/marketing agency.
  • JavaScript expertise and Tealium iQ or equivalent TMS.
  • Experience with implementation of Paid Media, affiliate partners, customer data platform.
  • Understanding of implications of privacy by design.
