About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of strategic investment projects in our API Production department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business cases to estimate project potential and feasibility.
  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of project management experience in a GMP-regulated industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
