IT/OT Integration Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT/OT Integration Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk PSQIT organisation. As a key member of Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC) Development & Scaling, you will play a crucial role in developing, manufacturing and distributing drug candidates for clinical trials.
In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of automation systems, ensuring stable and efficient operation of our IT/OT systems, keeping the systems in compliance, and ensuring data availability in our 6 Pilot factories.
You will work closely with engineering, production, and IT teams to develop robust integration solutions. Additionally, you will ensure that our automation systems comply with relevant security standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT and OT systems, preferably SCADA and PLC. You should also have proficiency in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management. Experience with IT/OT requirement settings, design and testing is also highly desirable.
A positive Can-Do attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and high energy level are also essential qualities for this role. If you are motivated to lead the design, implementation, and management of IT/OT solutions to enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and security, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Department:
Our team works with operation and maintenance of automation systems, ensuring stable and efficient operation of our IT/OT systems, keeping the systems in compliance, and ensuring data availability in our 6 Pilot factories. The team currently consists of 16 highly competent System Managers and Automation Engineers working across different automation and data technologies.
