The Role

We're seeking an experienced Content and Social Media Manager to join our team. As the ideal candidate, you'll have a proven track record in developing and executing content strategies across various digital platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with our brand, voice, and objectives.
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
  • Oversee and manage our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely manner, maintaining our brand's voice and fostering community engagement.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns, including planning, creative development, scheduling, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce visually appealing content.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO to improve visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics across all content and social media platforms.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media and content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating compelling content that drives engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
