This Management Assistant role presents a chance to be part of a dynamic team that shapes a sustainable future. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the SVP in driving strategic projects forward, fostering effective communication among stakeholders, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Main Tasks

  • Assist the SVP in developing and implementing business strategies, creating and maintaining databases, and conducting research to inform decision-making.
  • Promote open communication among stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and fostering efficient collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, such as procurement, vendor management, documentation, and transaction coordination, ensuring these duties do not hinder project progress.
  • Support recruitment efforts, new hire onboarding, and policy adherence to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Arrange complex travel plans for the SVP and senior colleagues while coordinating company events, meetings, and internal communications.

Necessary Qualifications

  • Degree in business, management, economics, or a relevant field.
  • Background in administration, HR, or operations, ideally with 0–2 years of experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Understanding of regional employment laws and regulations.
  • Native-level English language proficiency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Additional fluency in Danish is beneficial.
  • Confidentiality, teamwork, and time management skills essential for success.
