About the Position

This Senior Integration Manager for Global Operations will be responsible for managing independently major project(s) with cross-functional impact, assignments, and deliverables, specifically pre-merger-planning and post-merger integration.

You will ensure relevant governance, budgeting, advisory, Day 1 readiness, target operating model, integration exit readiness, and exit scoping. Act as a thought leader in the integration field and contribute to defining and executing the integration strategy.

Communicate and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Leverage recognized methodologies to run cross-disciplinary projects where key R&D, commercial or production skills and knowledge are required.

Lead through other project managers directly or indirectly to achieve milestones and objectives. Anticipate business challenges and plan for mitigation; recommend process, product, or service improvements.

  • Master's degree in business, finance, strategy, or similar.
  • Subject matter expertise within one or several key functions (IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Quality, etc.), demonstrating thorough understanding.
  • Previous exposure to a regulated industry, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Experience in leading a Post-Merger Integration Management Office or Integration Workstreams on multiple occasions.
  • Proficiency in navigating a multinational corporate environment with an international, multicultural context.
  • Leadership experience within a team and project setting.
