Job Title: Head of Product Management

Arla Foods amba is seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Product Management to lead our product management area in Denmark.

About the Role

As Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading and driving the overall agenda within the product management area, including prioritization of tasks, creating knowledge sharing and best practices, and driving future optimization opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Coordinators to ensure delivery of business results
  • Provide thought leadership and in-depth knowledge on packaging opportunities, production feasibility, and data system requirements
  • Align and prioritize PM tasks across the team and ensure resources are allocated where needed
  • Collaborate closely with marketing leadership, dairies, and category/brand teams to ensure smooth execution and overall transparency on the PM agenda
  • Lead selected larger cross-category PM tasks in close collaboration with the team
  • Ensure strong PM support across different category innovation pipelines
  • Drive a strong knowledge sharing agenda and ensure implementation of best practices
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience and several years of experience working within product management
  • Experience with tools such as 3DI, PIM, Project planner, GS1, etc.
  • Strong track record in delivering business results
  • Ability to understand details while being pragmatic in problem-solving
  • Fluent English language skills
