About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planning professional to join our team as a Head of Supply Chain Planning. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our supply chain planning function and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of supply chain planning strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement demand planning processes, including forecasting and inventory optimization.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely supply chain plans, including capacity planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Manage and analyze data to inform supply chain decisions and drive business growth.
  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain planning professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain supply chain planning tools and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Key Result Areas

  • Accountable for achieving supply chain planning targets, including inventory turnover, lead time reduction, and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely supply chain plans to support business growth.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain planning team to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain supply chain planning tools and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through supply chain planning and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Experience with supply chain planning tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates.
  • Fluent in English, with ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
