Data-Driven HRIS Strategist

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced People Analytics & HRIS Specialist to join our team at Ascendis Pharma.

About the Role:

As a key member of our Rewards team, you will play a pivotal role in developing our HRIS roadmap and creating the foundation for our People Analytics agenda. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic HRIS solutions
• Drive the development of our People Analytics journey
• Lead HR data projects and collaborate with HR colleagues and the business
• Improve HR processes, workflows, and systems
• Analyze and decipher data to inform decision-making processes

Requirements and Qualifications:

You hold a relevant academic degree and have a minimum of 3 years' experience within People Analytics and Data, HRIS, or similar. You possess strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, as well as project management and stakeholder management expertise.

Competencies:

Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relations with people across the organization. Proven experience working independently, exercising sound judgment and adaptability in your decisions and actions.

Location and Travel:

This position is based in our headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark, and involves minimal travel (0-5 days per year).

Earnings:

The estimated salary range for this position is between €55,000 and €80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
