JN Data søger en erfaren Senior IT-Contract Manager til afdelingen Strategic Sourcing i Roskilde. Du vil være ansvarlig for din egen portefølje af IT-kontrakter med danske og internationale leverandører.

Udbygning af opgaven

• You will be responsible for negotiating IT contracts in collaboration with contract holders
• You will ensure the involvement of key stakeholders in the contracting process, including Security & Compliance, GDPR, Risk Management, Finance, and Legal as a vital part of your work on risk assessment
• You will participate in the implementation of NIS2 and DORA in our contracts
• You will support, guide, and follow up on responsible contract holders
• You will contribute to solving projects and potential disputes with our suppliers
• You will prepare decision-making materials for negotiation teams and management
