You will be joining a highly skilled team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the success of our operations. The team consists of a group of System Managers and IT Operations, who are responsible for operating and complying with our Manufacturing systems.

Your Qualifications
- An academic background in engineering, pharma, IT, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in both Danish and English expected.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing IT systems (MES – Manufacturing Execution System, DCS – Distributed Control Systems and PLC systems) and infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiarity with GxP standards, regulatory requirements, and experience in budget management.
