Responsibilities and Expectations
You will contribute to the development of new methods for analysis and creative chocolate applications. Your work will involve transforming ideas into finished chocolates with unique properties, supporting developers and customer technicians in trial design and execution. You will also contribute to teaching regional colleagues and core customers about chocolate processes and product properties at AAK academies.
In this role, you will be part of a strong team of six colleagues working together to produce chocolate and confectionery, testing, proving, documenting, and showcasing our ingredient solutions. You will work with advanced analysis equipment in our mini chocolate factory and implement sensory analysis to quantify the benefits of our ingredients.
Effective communication of observations and results is essential. We value attention to detail, responsibility, humor, commitment, initiative, and teamwork.
