About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX Systems Designer to lead and evolve our design system efforts at e-conomic. As a key member of our product trio, you will work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to improve existing components and patterns, develop new ones, and solve complex problems for our users.

In this role, you will be part of a supportive centralized UX team that strives to evangelize UX and always pushes for a design thinking approach. You will own the design system documentation and guidelines, ensuring they are always up-to-date and accessible to all teams.

You will ensure the scalability of the design system by building components that can be reused and adapted across different products and platforms. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of the design system across the organization, providing guidance and support to other designers and developers.
