We are looking for a skilled Tool Management Specialist to join our team at Ørsted. As a key member of the Tools Coordination & Maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in tools and equipment management.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and managing all tools, equipment, and container solutions under Special Task & Inspection's responsibility. This includes handling tooling and equipment requests for campaigns, ensuring projects are supplied with safe, complete, and re-certified tools and equipment in due time.
Main Responsibilities
- Preparing tools and containers for campaigns according to demand and schedule.
- Handling inquiries for new and existing standard tools and equipment and ordering of tools.
- Coordination, planning, and preparation of maintenance and periodic re-certifications of tools, equipment, and container solutions.
- Ensuring the Tools Management System (TMS) is maintained with tooling data, documentation, and re-certification records.
- Supporting operational business on standard tooling-related matters.
- Functioning as key points of contact towards suppliers for matters related to standard tools.
- Coordination of transports between warehouse and external maintenance and re-certification partners together with internal stakeholders including preparation of customs documentation.
- Requesting purchase orders and reviewing invoices in SAP.
- Ensuring own work is in compliance with ISO 17020 and internal processes.
