About the Role
As a Retail Equipment Specialist at Inter IKEA Systems B.V., you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of display equipment, fixtures, and racking in our stores. This involves collaborating closely with stakeholders in Sales and Com&In to support tasks such as retail equipment, product displays, carpentry, and handling goods during launches, collections, and rebuilds.
Main Responsibilities
- Securing and maintaining display equipment, fixtures, and racking to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales-driven actions quickly and simply
- Providing training to co-workers on using basic racking while keeping quality in focus
- Working consciously with resources and materials to minimize environmental impact
Team Environment
You will be part of a team of 24 people with great energy and passion for making everyday life better for both customers and co-workers in the store. As a combined role of in-store Carpenter with responsibility for the store's retail equipment, you will work closely with other team members to achieve common goals.
