About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Media and Technology Development to join our Product & Technology Development department. In this role, you will be responsible for structuring and driving the development of Media and Core Sites, working closely with stakeholders from business and technology based in our Copenhagen office and development centres in Lodz and Nis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Work with Business Owners to translate business requirements into high-level roadmaps">
  • Break down epics into tasks and prioritise backlogs for continuous delivery of business value">
  • Communicate goals, priorities, deadlines, and involve relevant stakeholders in the decision-making process">
  • Bring previous experience in online marketing to guide ideation, decision making, and approach each backlog item with an MVP approach">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have experience in project managing web and software development using agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, as well as user tracking methods. You should be a strong communicator and meeting facilitator who can break down complex problems into simple steps and flag risks confidently.
