As a Compliance and Legal Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our HR practices align with international and local laws.
You will be responsible for leading HR system implementation, including WhosOff for seamless leave management, driving Performance Management with innovative incentive programs and talent development initiatives, and collaborating on Strategic HR Planning, aligning strategies with business goals.
Additionally, you will master Talent Acquisition, crafting onboarding programs to retain top talent, navigate Employee Relations with fairness, resolve concerns, and foster a positive work culture, and champion competitive Compensation and Benefits, conducting market analyses for salary benchmarks.
You will also spearhead Training and Development, enhancing employee skills with a keen focus on ethical conduct, and dive into HR Metrics and Reporting, assessing program effectiveness.
