At Agilent Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing education solutions for instructor-led, virtual training, and online eLearning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designs and develops education solutions using instructional design principles.
  2. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve curriculum and course content.
  3. Maintains technical expertise in Gas Chromatography and analytical chemistry methodology.
  4. Manages education product development with vendors and consultants.
  5. Deploys courses to local delivery organizations.
  6. Delivers select training through various mediums.
  7. Leads and participates in projects to improve the development and delivery function.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in a related field.
  2. Several years of relevant work experience in regulated laboratory environments.
  3. Excellent working knowledge of Agilent OpenLab CDS software platform.
  4. Knowledge of Agilent Gas Chromatography systems and techniques.
  5. Practical experience with Agilent GC troubleshooting and maintenance.
  6. Excellent English writing and communication skills.
