DIS – Study Abroad in Scandinavia is a leading provider of study abroad programs in Denmark and Norway. We offer a unique cultural exchange experience for over 4,000 American bachelor students each year.

The Summer Interior Architecture Studio is a 12-week course that runs from mid-June to the end of July. It includes 12 in-studio class days, a full day for final presentations, and a concluding exhibition and social afternoon. Faculty members must be present for all teaching hours.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and prepare the course and syllabus prior to the term start.
- Teach at DIS Copenhagen two to four times per week.
- Assess students' performance, grade assignments, and provide feedback to students throughout the course.
- Participate in meetings/workshops aimed at developing pedagogical skills in line with the DIS teaching philosophy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in creating interactive and experiential learning activities, as well as teaching skills in English. They will also be open to pedagogical and assessment support from DIS and capable of incorporating our teaching philosophy into their practice.
Requirements- Relevant background (architect, interior architect, exhibition designer, etc.) and hands-on expertise and experience with interior and/or exhibition design projects.
- Candidate should be open to pedagogical and assessment support from DIS and capable of incorporating DIS' interactive and hands-on teaching philosophy into teaching practice.
- Experience in creating a structured, interactive, and safe learning environment is an advantage.
