Business Intelligence Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Development Associate to join our team at MAN Energy Solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for students with a strong analytical mindset and interest in business intelligence & analytics to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and maintain analytical reports in Power BI.
- Clean and structure raw data to improve analytical reports.
- Provide in-depth analysis of various business activities.
- Create and support ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.
- Provide technical support on existing applications.
- Enrolled student at a business school or university within the field of Finance, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Able to work independently as well as in teams.
- Programming experience (e.g., Python, C#, or similar).
- Comfortable with Excel (filters, pivot tables, lookup formulas, index/match).
- Knowledge of SQL language and relational databases.
- Experience in data visualization in Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
