Job Description

At Fashion Forum, we are seeking a talented Digital Content Strategist to shape our online universe and drive e-commerce growth.

About the Role

We aim high and have big ambitions. You will be the driving force behind our digital storytelling, ensuring our platforms deliver a cohesive brand experience and generate strong business results.

This is a key role in managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform as a commercial and creative hub, updating product pages, improving the customer journey, and driving online sales through engaging content and campaigns.

Your Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Excellence: Update product pages, improve the customer journey, and drive online sales through engaging content and campaigns.
  • Creative Content Production: Conceptualize and produce captivating content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Photoshoots: Plan, coordinate, and execute photoshoots that align with our brand identity and visual aesthetic.
  • Influencer Marketing: Build and maintain relationships with influencers to amplify our presence.
  • Marketplace Management: Develop and refine content for online marketplaces to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Trendsetting Initiatives: Stay on top of emerging trends in digital communication, e-commerce, and social media.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on e-commerce experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within fashion or lifestyle.
  • A strong visual sense and a creative approach to storytelling and content creation.
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales.
  • A structured and proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
