We're seeking an experienced Cards Product Development Specialist to join our Danish Consumer Cards Product team as an expert analyst. In this role, you will perform analysis work for the team backlog, collaborate with business stakeholders, and translate business strategies into technical requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include verifying developed solutions, liaising with IT developers and architects, and analyzing current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. You will develop and propose new business processes that align with strategic goals and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to obtain sign-off from business stakeholders.
You will also provide training and support to business users to ensure successful implementation and generate reports to provide insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Required Qualifications- 10-12 years of experience in IT or business areas
- At least 5 years in the banking and financial services industry, specifically in consumer card services
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with SQL
- Strong understanding of the cards domain
